I will always, without being asked, refund shipping costs if there is more than a dollar difference between what I quote you (or what it says in the listing) and what shipping and handling costs; the amount you see on the package when you receive it. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I am sorry that I don't offer it on everything, but unlike jewelry crafters or soap makers where they know exactly how much their things weigh, everything I offer is a different weight, and I have no way of knowing how much it would be to ship to your country. Please convo me if interested in anything and I will pack it and take it with me to the Post Office and find out exactly how much it would cost to ship to you.

I usually go to the post office 2 times a week - Tuesday and Friday.

All prices are firm and are not open to negotiation. I've charged what I feel is a fair price, but obviously still allows me something for my time and efforts, and also covers the etsy fee, the etsy selling fee, and the paypal fee I have to pay.

Tracking Numbers are provided including how to track your package. Once your order is shipped we have to wait minimum 72 hours for the tracking to be released. It doesn't mean that your invoice is still not mark as shipped we still did not send your package. Tracking numbers are released only after our customs finished the customs clearance for your package.
